Many of our favourite nic salt manufacturers have now turned their attention to bar salts, hoping to produce e-liquids that can match the intense flavour of disposable vape pens. Dinner Lady’s Fruit Full range aims to do just that, and I’ll give you a bit of a spoiler warning: they did a pretty great job!

Packaging and Labels
Dinner Lady Fruit Full bar salts arrive in a tall, thin cardboard box with an image of the bottle, flavour name, and a TPD-compliant health warning at the front.
One side of the box shows an ingredient list and Dinner Lady contact info, while the other displays health warnings. The back of the box simply repeats the design of the front of the box.
Inside, you’ll find the 10ml bottle with a folded paper giving health advice and refilling instructions in several languages. The bottle itself displays a coloured label with the flavour name, ingredients, and health warnings printed on it as well.
Flavour
Score: 4.5/5
Dinner Lady sent me 10ml bottles of all 16 new flavours from their Fruit Full range of bar salt e-liquids. They have made no suggestions regarding review contents, and everything you see printed below is inspired solely by my own thoughts and impressions.
The flavours sent are listed below:
- Kiwi Passion Guava
- Blue Raspberry
- Mango Passion
- Lemon & Lime
- Ultimate Strawberry
- Pineapple Ice
- Banana Ice
- Strawberry Watermelon
- Watermelon Ice
- Cola Ice
- Cherry Ice
- Apple Peach
- Fresh Mint
- Pineapple Orange
- Kiwi Passion Lime
- Fresh Fruits
The juices all come in 10ml bottles and are available in 5mg, 10mg, and 20mg nicotine strengths. As I requested, Dinner Lady sent me the samples in 10mg strength,.
Like in all bar salts, nicotine salts have been used to ensure a smooth inhale regardless of nicotine strength. For those unaware, bar salts are nicotine salt e-liquids that use unique flavourings and sweeteners to replicate disposable vape kits’ characteristically sweet and zesty taste.
The Dinner Lady Fruit Full range has some mind-blowing flavours. While some of the beverage and mixed flavours weren’t to my liking, certain fruits like orange, pineapple, and banana taste better in this range than I’ve ever encountered before.
I believe that anyone who loves a very sweet, fruity vape is going to absolutely adore this range of vape juices. With that said, let’s take a closer look at each flavour.
Kiwi Passion Guava
Score: 4
Kiwi Passion Guava has an extremely ‘juicy’ profile right off the bat, with the sumptuous guava fruit flavour bursting across the tongue zestily. The passion fruit adds a lovely sour note, though the kiwi is a bit harder to define within the trio of flavours.
Blue Raspberry
Score: 3
A surprisingly gentle take on blue raspberry vape juice! But it’s not an unwelcome change, as the slightly restrained sour note helps a natural fruity sugar emerge in the flavour mix, making Dinner Lady’s Blue Raspberry noticeably more complex and sophisticated than most other takes on this flavour.
Mango Passion
Score: 4
A lovely blend of tropical fruits, this time juicy versatile mango and the sour tang of passion fruit. Though rarely combined in vape juices, I have to wonder why, as the two fruity tastes work excellently together. The taste is not too sour, not too sweet, but very rich and strong. Probably one of the more memorable mango e-liquids I’ve tried!
Lemon & Lime
Score: 5
Wow! Lemon & Lime actually froze me in place, and it was only a few minutes later I realised I was just vacantly puffing on the pod! I’ve not experienced a lemon/lime vape juice like this before. Both of the citrus fruits have a strong sweetness behind them, which sort of crystalises the sour flavour into something far brighter than usual. And the icy note is just balanced enough to delight without impacting the flavour. So far, this is a strong favourite!
Ultimate Strawberry
Score: 3
A punchy and powerful burst of strawberry flavour, with the juicy quality the fruit is known for. However, there’s definitely an edge of candy present as well, giving it more of a ‘strawberry laces’ flavour, in my opinion. It’s definitely a tasty strawberry option, but I found the extra sweetness a bit too intense for session vaping.
Pineapple Ice
Score: 4
Pineapple Ice has a raw intensity usually not experienced in pineapple e-liquids. Ordinarily, pineapple vape juice tends to lean in a syrupy direction, but Dinner Lady’s recent offering is packed full of rich and, at times, almost violent levels of fruity flavour, with the characteristic ‘tang’ spice that pineapple is known for.
Banana Ice
Score: 5
Oh, COME ON! Each Fruit Full bar salt I try keeps on upping the game! Banana Ice has become a popular flavour in recent years due to its tasty contrast of flavours, but the Dinner Lady version is something really special. The Banana note has a very welcome note of candy to it but also the slightest touch of cream as well. The result is what tastes like a luscious banana ice cream flavour, one that I’ll be sure to keep on puffing for weeks to come.
Strawberry Watermelon
Score: 3
Strawberry Watermelon is slightly less impressive than some of the others tried so far but still has a very nice flavour to it. The watermelon definitely stands out as the primary taste, with the summery strawberry notes adding a grounding effect to prevent the watermelon from becoming a bit overpowering.
Watermelon Ice
Score: 2
I found this particular juice to be just a little bit too intense for enjoyment. It’s got an extremely powerful watermelon profile, far stronger than in other juices that featured watermelon. But hey,
maybe if you’re into super strong fruity tastes then you may really love this one.
Cola Ice
Score: 2
Cola vapes are some of my favourites, so I was anticipating some great flavour here. Unfortunately, it leans in a very candy direction that ultimately gives it the sherbert smack that off-brand cola drinks often have.
Cherry Ice
Score: 3
Cherry Ice puts across a very strong cherry flavour, however, it sadly skips the sour aspect of cherries, which is my favourite part. Instead, a bit of candy flavouring and potentially some eucalyptus has been used to give the e-liquid a ‘cherry drops’ or hard candy taste. Which, while very moreish, doesn’t quite have the draw for me that sour cherry flavour has.
Apple Peach
Score: 4
Apple Peach isn’t an unusual pairing of orchard fruits, but the Dinner Lady Fruit Full version takes it in a different direction. Usually, this blend would be a simple, sweet, and summery affair, but this version really leans into the sweet nature of peaches while practicing remarkable restrain regarding the sour notes of apple. While I’d ordinarily love them, they would definitely overwhelm the peach notes in this e-liquid, so hats off to Dinner Lady for knowing when to not pull the tartness trigger.
Fresh Mint
Score: 4
You can probably already anticipate what Fresh Mint will taste like, and I can confirm you’re correct and that it’s a very pleasant profile! As is often the case with a bar salt range’s one Minty juice, Fresh Mint takes it easy on the sweetener and instead focuses on delivering a cool, gently sweet, and botanically herbal flavour of freshly picked and rubbed mint leaves.
Pineapple Orange
Score: 5
That might be one of the best orange vape juices I’ve ever tried! The initial taste is a powerful scream of sweet citrus, with a far more sugary profile than the lemon or lime tasted earlier. The pineapple then enters with an extra touch of flair, with the two searing fruits doubling up perfectly and not stepping on one another’s toes. If you’re going to try a juice from the range, make it this one!
Kiwi Passion Lime
Score: 1.5
Sadly this one just doesn’t quite work for me. The sour lime note is nice, I can tell, however, it gets very muddled and confused when brought into the presence of passion fruit. And once again, the kiwi is just a bit too hard to nail down and really analyse.
Fresh Fruits
Score: 4
I saved Fresh Fruits until the end, as the vague name of the e-liquid amused me. It’s clearly a mixed-fruit vape juice, but they’ve used a really love collection of flavours here. Surprisingly they don’t conflict, and there’s just the faintest touch of candy to give this a lovely sweet final note. A very pleasant surprise!
Throat Hit
Score: 3
As the Fruit Full range uses nicotine salts, there’s little to no chest or throat discomfort to worry about. There is, however, a rather nice throat hit from several of them due to a light application of ice.
Vapour Production
Score: 3-5
The e-liquids have 50/50 VG/PG ratios, and so due to this moderate level of vegetable glycerine the Fruit Full range doesn’t produce any more or less vapour than the vast majority of MTL vape juices and bar salts.
Summary
The Dinner Lady Fruit Full range was a very nice surprise to me. I get to try a LOT of fruity bar salts, so it genuinely takes a lot to blow me away, but some of the fruit flavours in this range are zestier than I’ve experienced elsewhere.
Those with a preference for subtle tastes might want to look elsewhere, but Dinner Lady isn’t courting that audience anyway. This range was made for fans of sweet and intensely flavoured disposables vapes, and it manages to convey those same rich flavours perfectly.
The MIST Favourite:
- Pineapple Orange: Absolutely stellar! An incredibly powerful orange flavour, combined with just the right level of sweet pineapple. The result is one of the tastiest fruit vape juices this year, and I strongly advise fruit and citrus fans to give it a try!
