What are Mist Drops?

Mist Drops are our way of thank you for your loyalty! Create an account on the Mist website and you will receive 1 Drop for every £1 you spend with us.
Once you have created an account with us, you will automatically receive 1 Drop for every £1 spent with us. Every Drop is worth 2.5p and can be used on any future order.
Your drops can even be used alongside existing discounts such as coupons and sales promotions!

How Do Our Vape Rewards Work?

Sign in to Mist
Create an account or sign in (if you are a returning customer). Click on the "Account" icon and you will see the login box. You earn drops as you shop that are ready to redeem against your next order!
Select Product
Select your chosen products and add them to your shopping cart.
Checkout
To redeem drops click on "Use Drops" enter the amount that you wish to use in the box and click "Apply". The amount you have saved will then show in the grand total of your order.
Leave a review and earn
10 drops
7 days after your purchase you will receive an email asking you to review your order. Every time you leave us a review we will credit your account with 25p worth of drops to use as you wish!

Head to your account section by clicking on the account icon at the top of the screen. Here you can find all the information connected to your account, including your reward drops total and value.

No, they are yours, ready to be used whenever you wish.
If you close your account with us, they can not be reinstated if you decide to come back to us though.

As soon as your order is processed, you will be able to see your new loyalty drops balance.
