Please note that Royal Mail will only supply further information after the order has been collected and scanned into their network. Tracking information will be automatically sent to you via email and/or text message depending on whether you provided an email address and/or mobile number. You will receive tracking shortly after your order is dispatched.

Mist Electronic Cigarettes LTD are in no way responsible for the detention of any goods by any countries associated with customs or legal departments. Please make yourself aware of your country's rules and restrictions surrounding the importation of e liquid and e cigarette products.
All orders placed before 14:00 GMT will be shipped the same day (Monday - Friday and not including Bank Holidays) and usually arrive within 1-3 days (UK), 5-10 days (Europe) and up to 14 days (Rest of World). However, please allow 1-14 working days for your order to be delivered within the UK, and 5-25 days within Europe and up to 30 days for parcels to the rest of the World.
Unfortunately, Mist are unable to ship to the U.S.
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your Mist E-liquid or E-cigarette, you can return the e liquid/e cigarette unopened within 30 days from the date of purchase. When we receive your returned item in satisfactory condition, a full refund of the product will be given. If the product is faulty you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a 24 hour inspection. When we receive your returned item including the original packaging, if we find the product to be faulty we will provide a full refund or replacement. This does not cover damage resulting from improper use.
Mist Electronic Cigarettes only accept returns of opened items if they are faulty. For hygiene reasons E-liquid cannot be returned if it has been opened and the seal has been broken and clearomizers cannot be returned if opened, filled or used at all, unless faulty.
If you need to return a product to us: Complete our returns form by logging into your Mist account. View your "Order History" via the "My Account" tab. Here you can select the appropriate order and product/s that you wish to return. Please fill in all that is required and provide as much information as possible as to the reason for return, this enables us to process the return efficiently. Once we have received the request, we will contact you and provide instructions on how to complete the procedure.

After careful consideration, we have decided to terminate our international shipping service to most countries. Due to the complex and varying regulations and laws in different countries, we have found it increasingly difficult to ensure that we are compliant with all local requirements. This has led to delays, additional costs, and sometimes even the confiscation of our products at customs.
As a result, we have made the difficult decision to focus our business solely on serving customers within the UK and a select few countries which do not impose any restrictions on our products.
