Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy

At MIST Electronic Cigarettes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your MIST E-liquid or E-cigarette, you may return the unopened product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.

Faulty Products

If the product is faulty, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a 24-hour inspection. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in satisfactory condition. Please note that this policy does not cover damage resulting from improper use e.g being dropped. If your device becomes faulty after the 30 day return period, you will have to refer to the manufacturer warranty. This can be found inside your devices original box.

Refund and Replacement

If we find that the product you returned is faulty, we will provide a full refund or replacement, as applicable. If you are returning an item for a refund, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Returns Procedure

If you need to return a product to us, please complete our returns form by logging into your MIST account. In the "Order History" tab, select the order and product/s that you wish to return, and fill in all required information, including the reason for return. Providing as much information as possible will help us process the return more efficiently. Once we have received your request, we will contact you with instructions on how to complete the procedure.

Hygiene

Please note that for hygiene reasons, E-liquid cannot be returned if the seal has been broken, clearomizers and tanks cannot be returned if they have been opened, filled or used, unless they are faulty.

Restocking Fee

We may refuse to accept a return if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, or is returned outside of the 30-day return period. If we do accept a return that does not meet these conditions, we may charge a restocking fee.

If you haven't received a refund that you were expecting, please check your bank account again. Refunds can take some time to appear in your account, and there may be processing time before your bank posts the refund. If you have done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@misteliquid.co.uk. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays or errors caused by your bank or payment provider

If you return an item outside of the 30-day return period, we may refuse to accept the return or charge a restocking fee if we do accept the return. Please ensure that you initiate the return within the 30-day period to avoid any complications or additional fees
